Scott Jr., Founder and Partner | Mr. Scott’s experience in fractional ownership, real estate management and rental management dates back to 1990 when he moved to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina from Charlotte, North Carolina. At that time, he and his brother, Michael Scott (now deceased), started two companies that eventually merged into one known as Tartan. Since getting into the real estate business, Mr. Scott has gained licensure in North Carolina, South Caroline, and Florida as a real estate broker. Additionally, he has a Community Association Management license in Florida. During the 15 plus years he has been in the real estate business, Mr. Scott has been involved on community association boards and condo design and a leader in the use of the internet for marketing real estate long before it was fashionable in 1994. Mr. Scott is a member of ARDA and has served on the board of directors of the Cooperative Association of Resort Exchangers first as a Vice President and now as most recent past Treasurer. In late 2004, Mr. Scott brought the concept of high-end fractional sales to both his partners, James McMaster and Richard Hedberg, and Palatial Destinations was born. With Adam Eberle added to the team, Palatial Destinations now has projects in exclusive destinations located in Costa Rica, St. Maarten and Florida. Mr. Scott and his wife Carlisle have two grown children, three grandchildren, and one-seven -year old son living at home. Adam R. Eberle, Managing Partner | Mr. Eberle has an extensive background in numerous entrepreneurial ventures in addition to a successful corporate career. Mr. Eberle's career highlights include his role as a Vice President of Sales for a leading technology company. During this time, he was directly involved and credited with designing and implementing several innovative business methodologies and financial structures. His contributions helped play a pivotal role in this company's inception in its early stages and in later growth periods. This experience as well as others, serves him well as the Managing Partner with Palatial Destinations. Mr. Eberle brings a wealth of academic and practical experience to the solution of real estate issues including determining the best use for a given piece of land; judging the accuracy of pro forma assumptions; assessing a project’s potential for regional marketing; dealing with stalled sales or low closing ratios; or assuring that money committed to marketing is being effectively spent. Over the past 15 years, Mr. Eberle has mastered each step in the marketing process through observation, research, testing and simple trial and error. He knows how to generate leads efficiently, how to motivate prospect visitation and how to maximize sales closing ratios on site. He brings this experience and skill to the Palatial Destinations' team. Mr. Eberle and his wife Katie reside in Sarasota, Florida and Tomahawk, Wisconsin. They have two son's, Lewis and Grant. Mr. Eberle earned a bachelor of arts degree, with a concentration in organization communication and economics from The University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. Richard E. Hedberg, Partner | Mr. Hedberg has been developing commercial, residential and vacation properties for the past 35 years in the New Hampshire, Wisconsin, South Carolina and Florida markets. Mr. Hedberg started his career as a Senior Administrator in prominent secondary education institutions. He transitioned into developing a sales and marketing firm representing several companies that sold raw materials to the automotive, health care and farm implement industry. Mr. Hedberg also worked for many years in the nonprofit consulting field, first with a nationally recognized firm and then with his own successful consulting business that had offices in St. Louis and Wisconsin. In addition to consulting, sales and marketing, as well as real estate development, Mr. Hedberg is the owner of two manufacturing concerns located in the Midwest. He is a member of the Cooperative Association of Resort Exchangers (C.A.R.E.) and has participated in numerous ARDA conferences. Mr. Hedberg along with his partners Jay McMaster, Norman B.
